Aloha Sangha! I love juicing, it’s official this is going to be at least 50% of my diet until further notice. The amount of energy and the wonderful lightness of my body is truly addictive (in a good way). Talk about getting a good nights sleep, wow I’m sleeping like a baby and for only 4-5 hours. In addition to the good sleep my dreams are much more vivid and clear, my dream journal is coming to life!
